There is green glass at the top part of the sculpture. The three pillars are all connected by steel triangular sheets with circles cut out of the middle. Between all three triangles is a steel bowl, containing fire. There are two unidentified men standing between two of the pillars., and The Oregon Arts Commission has ten Regional Arts Councils that provide delivery of art services and information.
