DESCRIPTION

Construction on Phase I of the Spencer View Family Housing began in Spring 1995 and the complex opened in fall, 1996. Phase II was completed in summer 1997. Located at E. 24th Ave. and Patterson St., Spencer View housing replaced the World War II era Amazon Housing, and cost approximately $16 million.
