DESCRIPTION
This University of Oregon property opened in May 2016 to house the Innovation Hub, a center with an emphasis on environmental sustainability. The 12,960 square-foot building is home to the Tyler Invention Greenhouse, RAIN Eugene, the Eugene branch of the Regional Accelerator and Innovation Network, and the Product Design Launch Lab. Previously owned by the city of Eugene, The original building was constructed in 1908 and served primarily as car dealerships until recent years with Bradford's Home Entertainment being its last use before renovation
